Marceline's Axe Bass Part1

I am doing a Marceline cosplay for Animazement this year. I am also doing the same cosplay for a cartoon/anime themed birthday party. (My birthday is November 14th, by the way) But of course, the party isn't until December because of Thanksgiving and most of my friends will be taking final exams soon.

The axe bass is made from foam board, cut, sanded and hot glued. And I put a layer of silver duct tape on top as a "base coat" no pun intended. I am going to the craft store today to buy colored duct tape and some stretchy plastic string to finish it off. Really excited! Sure, duct tape looks a bit tacky...but at least it's something different.
